	Jeff Banks was born in the valleys of south Wales. Following what appears to be great guidance from a teacher at school Jeff went on to study art and became a painter. These skills were honed and expanded further into textiles and interior design before going on to the big apple to develop further.
In 1964 Jeff opened a small boutique named 'Clobber' which proved to be a great success so much so that in 1969 he started his own fashion label. Success continued and in the late 70's Jeff co launched the fashion chain 'Warehouse' and he today continues to be a success having recently been involved in the designs for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
